Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – US DTC eCommerce Brand 🚀
We are a fast-growing, luxury DTC eCommerce brand in the U.S. We’re looking for a hungry CMO operator – someone who lives and breathes DTC, executes with speed and precision, someone who can bridge CRO, content, creative, media buying, technology, and analytics to take a brand to the next level.
This role reports directly to the founders/CEOs. You’ll have the freedom, ownership, and responsibility to make a real impact and grow with us.
Role Overview 📝
• CRO & Execution: Own conversion rate optimization (A/B testing, funnel building, product pages, advertorials, post-purchase flows).
• Creative & Content Leadership: Lead and inspire a content + creative team, ensuring high-level output with a sharp creative eye. Partner with media buyers to scale campaigns, test new concepts, analyze performance, and step in hands-on when needed.
• Marketing Strategy: Plan offers, understand audiences, copywriting, shape messaging, and drive growth strategies.
• Data & Analytics: Analyze reports, spot insights, and turn them into profitable actions.
• Direct Work with Founders/CEOs – Translate our ideas and directions into execution, both independently and with the team, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth.
Requirements ✅
• Proven track record leading DTC brand marketing at scale.
• Execution-driven personality – someone who gets things done quickly and at a high standard.
• Strong experience in CRO and AB Testing, and page building
• Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing and media buying (Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin).
• Proven experience managing brand content production and creative teams.
• Sharp design eye and creative instinct.
• Strong analytical and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
